Create an EU PieFed instance, good slate of communities, good moderators, etc, & then MAKE it the EU reddit-alternative, through making it be where people WANT to be.
( the whole "oh, it doesn't exist yet, therefore we have to just remain doing what we are doing" is idiotic:
