I hate him as much as the next guy but the dudes old.... This is common with you are old. There are better things to take aim at him.
If he’s old enough that this is a concern, then maybe he shouldn’t be the president of the goddamn United States
Possibly, of course that would rule out Bernie Sanders as well.
If this was intended as some sort of gotcha, the man has already said that he's too old himself. This isn't some partisan thing.
