Glad she can sue. This is fucked up on numerous levels. It's apparently illegal to watch what ICE is doing now?!

Note that there seems to be no claim (as far as we can see in the article) that Cleland committed any crime. This is of course the difficulty with the discretionary rights of non-citizens in a country that is markedly uninterested in the idea of human rights beyond its constitution.
