This is the Canadian PM's speech in full. Its a speech pushing for multilateralism, and using international systems for the betterment of the world in a world where great powers are most interested in the exercise of hard power.

Theres been a lot of commentary about this speech over the last week, but listen to the speech itself, its historic significance hasn't really been captured through the mediation of the commentariat that I've heard. Maybe Rest is Politics (UK) came closest.
