100% chance they were attacking someone and the victim bit down out of reflexive self defense.
That's if this actually happened as claimed at all.
The biting person not being reported as having been murdered by ICE nazis makes me doubt it.
I guess the Nazi couldn't shoot because he was missing his trigger finger.
Those ICE cowards never roam alone; their nazi buddies would've pulled the triigger...
