I don't believe there is a standard keyboard shortcut to access/launch Settings on Android 4.x but I am looking for any keyboard shortcut combination suggestions that you might have to open Settings.

Any suggestions at all! Please!

I have an old device from Electric Objects running KitKat 4.4.2 that did not have a default browser (Windows+B was worthless). I needed to open Settings to get into Bluetooth to 'send' some APKs (a browser, quick app launcher, file manager) that would create a working environment.

After I found a key combination to open Calendar, I just started hitting random combinations of keys for a few minutes and all the sudden Setting popped up. I have no idea what the shortcut was, and I have tried to replicate my success to no avail. But I know it is possible.

I hope someone here can help with ANY SUGGESTIONS for me to try, so that I can test them out, and hopefully share a winner with the folks at r/electricobjects, to make their EO2 usable as well.

Thank you for any help you can offer.

You've long been able to switch through your last few opened apps with Alt-Tab, just like on a desktop OS. So maybe Settings is still in your history… or maybe you can get it open again, at least briefly, by mashing keys?
