I think you mean middle earth, though as a kiwi, it's not all sunshine and lollipops here.
I'm surprised people here aren't mad that Hayao Miyazaki rarely visited the US since Bush II.
America was good enough for him to stay and make millions. As soon as things aren't perfect, he wants to run to where the grass is greener. That's a good reason to be angry.

Trump cares about money and power. Taking away some money is about the strongest message a non-politician can send. It also doesn't stop him speaking out, or funding opposition. He can still do everything else

America will outlast Trump. The Dems need another candidate with the campaign skills of Bill Clinton or Barack Obama to make him and his followers totally forgettable. Republicans will triumph as long as the Dems keep pushing presidential candidates with weak campaign skills on us.
This isn’t just Trump. People want to act like this is one man. The United States does not function. It will not get better after Trump leaves.
The US was functioning fine without Trump. Trump is an agent of chaos.
I don't really see the difference in general doctrine between Trump and the others.
Trump is just more in your face, but for the rest he is just another US president.
Gimme one that would rediscuss the role of Israel (or even its existence) and who will actually support Ukraine and then maybe we can talk.
We need someone stronger than them since they still compromised with conservatives. We need someone who will control the party with an iron fist and yank everything left instead of just wanting to return to the status quo. Someone willing to tell every Republican and their supporters to go fuck themselves.
I hope that someone is AOC. It would be an extra spicy repudiation to these bastards if it was GASP, a woman, who reformed America and is a central figure in the history books.
The last thing the Dems need is another female candidate. The voters have made it clear that it doesn't want a female president. And AOC has no international experience and is aligned with liberal agenda groups that more conservate Dems and more liberal GOPers don't want.
Conservatives tend towards evil or apathy. They aren't fit to rule, because they don't want to make our nation a better place to live. Also, that sexism of yours? Dumb. The failure of Hillary and Kamala was because they didn't offer hope nor change. It is when a candidate promises to make things better, that people get excited. It sucks that evil has recognized this and took advantage, while the Democrats made never rocking their feed trough a priority.
I refuse your arguments, they would just allow the nation to continue circling down the toilet bowl of history.
My post just faced a harsh truth that the Dems can't please everybody and needs to get back to bread-and-butter issues that get people out to vote.
Man makes his wealth through the American movie industry, leaves when America gets bad.
