Of cause the victims are a problem to be solved. Not the way the US try to "solve" the problem, but by having a healthcare system that doesn't incenivise doctors to prescribe huge amounts of highly potent opioids for minor pains. And by having a healthcare system that pays for therapy when you are addicted. And by having workers rights that don't leave you job- and homeless once the drugs impact your productivity.
The opioid crisis is a real problem and one of the most visible symptoms of a fucked up "healthcare" system that the Greenlanders are threatened with by the orange morons invasion plans. So I can totally understand why they protest against that.
