Seriously, she looks like she's about 16 in the first photo.
Via my daughters I've met some 12/13 year olds that looking like that image on the right.
I can 100% believe it, I've seen people who look like that who were that young as well. Pretty much all across that age range, around the time of puberty. But she definitely doesn't look older than 18, and I guess being that age or older would make her look unappealing to him.
