Kinda looks like he might've been filming ICE doing whatever they were doing, but was using "I'm just dancing on the street filming myself" as a cover. From there looks like ICE wasn't pleased about it and, uh, "did something about it".

That's largely speculation tho. Would love for someone else who actually knows what happened to chime in.
