Happy Tuesday! One day closer to Friday.

Question - what's your go-to breakfast? Mine is nothing at the moment, or just a protein shake.

I usually skip brekky and just have a larger lunch, but if I have a full day planned, I'll have either weetbix or jam toast

kumquat marmalade on toast

I swing between Chobani raspberry Greek yoghurt and three weetbix with milk.

Toast with home-made jam or marmalade (either my own or what my Nan sends me) and occasionally I add a boiled egg. In the summer I'll swap it for a bit of pureed apple (also home-made, ocassionally I throw in some pear) or yoghurt.

Home made spelt sourdough toast, one with Vegemite or Promite, the other with Strawberry jam or honey.

4x (Aldi) Weetbix and HiLo Milk. Plus 1 - 2 coffees.

Pick and mix combination of: potato, sardines, baked beans, eggs, rice. Normally two or three of those together

Cereal tbh. Though I've been mixing it up with porridge or the breakfast burrito I made a few weeks ago.
