That is why the idea of cryptocurrency has caught on, a medium of exchange outside the control of government, that could be accessed electronically anywhere, but anonymous if you know what you are doing. No court orders to freeze your accounts. Obviously there are so many scammers into crypto it's a nightmare but the idea, and bitcoin so far working if horribly environmentally destructive for no good reason, is still a seductive idea.
