I didn't make this, and I didn't realize when I posted that this poor meme has been fried by AI (check out the woman's eyes, as others have pointed out). I don't know if it was part of the original or if someone tried to run it through a filter, but it does look rough. Sorry!

Except it's probably not. It's an established meme template.

Edit: My mistake. The faces are different, so while it's technically possible someone manually changed it, AI seems more likely.

OP has used AI to modify the image, and that explain all the weird artifacts

You're right. I looked at the 'know your meme' page pre-coffee and thought the faces matched with one of the examples, but I was mistaken.
