You're not wrong. People are downvoting because that's the perspective of the audience here. They're only here for a minute while they're taking a break between porn sessions. They're probably incapable of getting hard in the presence of a real woman. They're probably overweight and out of shape and have low self-esteem and poor social skills. That's what porn does to people.

If it's real it should be very easy to produce peer-reviewed results showing that conclusion.
Unless such evidence is presented, believing "semen retention" is anything is about as founded as believing in crystals or astrology.
