If semen retention was actually true then you could just get a vasectomy and you'd never lose your semen again no matter how many loads you blew.
Imo the benefits are all psychological. That's why some people report it changed their life while others say nothing happened.
A vasectomy would only remove the sperm from the semen.
Im certainly not saying it changed my life. Some people are also saying that the eyes start to glow. :) There must be some reasonable thinking going on as well I think.
But yeah, I noticed higher physical energy after a week or so. Its simply because the body loses energy when you jerk off, so if you dont do it, you have a lot more. I dont know, its not psychological to me, not that part. I can feel more energy, thats all.

Hey if it works for you, that's great, but afaik there is no medical basis for that claim. There is evidence for exercise beeing good for mental health (I think it was at least twice a week at least 30min).
