I don’t want to try and take away your privilege but You can buy scissors that are "hand neutral."
"Hand neutral " scissors are still right handed scissors that do not have molded finger holes for righties. They still are built backwards for a lefty. All in all they work in a pinch, but generally are garbage.
I have a 100% symmetric kitchen scissors that gets used for just about everything. How is it backwards / garbage?
My partner is a lefty, and sometimes manufacturers lie about them being hand neutral
We should all work towards ending the horrors of handedness and the implied moral violence inherent in the system.
The handedness binary is a worn-out social construct

Yeah I got a pair of these. Even as a righty, it's nice to not have to figure out which orientation is correct before you pick it up.
