By "Erik Prince", I mean belligerently and dramatically overreact to an attack — actual, perceived, provoked, planted, or otherwise. They could do what Blackwater did in Fallujah in 2004.

They could terrorize a population. At home.

They could kick-in home, school, and business-place doors, lurk in public buildings and streets, employ flash-bang grenades, tear gas, body-armor, fully automatic weapons, SUVs, trucks, and tanks in the streets, terrorizing a population into submission. They could be funded at the same rate as the military of Poland. Or, the entirety of US military spending in 1917, on entering World War I. Nice work on that big, beautiful bill.

Btw, have you seen ~~Civil War~~? Yes, you have, yeah, that A24 movie.

They could prod a population into employing IEDs, RPGs, and assault weapons. From bats, to boards, to bricks, to and bottles alight. We've seen this before. Inside America, and outside America. This is a wavefront of a war.

The world, meanwhile, burns. Storms rage. Fires consume. Ice recedes, collapses, and melts.

Please. Prove me wrong. Peacefully, impeach, convict, jail, try, and imprison the President who is trying to have the American people pay for his coup.

Please.

note: Erik Prince is the CEO and founder of the private security company Blackwater, now Akademi, once XE.

There is a very important detail that you are missing.

It has not been determined if it was legal. Hennepin County and Minnesota get to determine if it was legal. He has no protection from the Federal government in that.

He was enabled by the federal government, yes.

ICE has been routed everywhere they can in Minneapolis. Barricades have been erected. ICE is being tracked by the community. It is a warzone up here. Sure, without explosions and more shots being fired.

That's the thing. The regime says it's legal. They're lying. The state has a right to investigate federal exercise of power. If that right is removed, you no longer have a United States. It's a fief.

I feel for you all. As I did 2001-2009.

"When exposing a crime is treated as a crime, you are ruled by criminals." A painter is beaten by a police officer for the crime of painting a picture of a painter being beaten by a police officer.

That is not at question. The regime can say whatever it wants. It does not preclude Minnesota from exercising it's authority to investigate, indict, and prosecute. It does not change that while the feds may resist investigation, Minnesota will still treat it as a state crime. The state has the resources to do it without federal cooperation. They would need to move the shooter to a secure location where he could not be arrested. That is extremely difficult to do in the US so long as there is someone able and willing to execute the warrant in any state.

Minnesota will still treat us as a state crime

Will they? Maybe I'm already misremembering events (I'm not), but it seems like the state authorities are giving up on any investigation. Quote:

"The BCA said as of Friday afternoon it is not conducting an independent use-of-force investigation into the shooting, but is working with Moriarty's office to catalogue and preserve evidence. BCA Superintendent Drew Evans said the office would provide the community's evidence to the FBI, as it is leading the investigation.

"The BCA remains open to conducting a full investigation of the incident should the U.S. Attorney's Office and FBI reconsider their approach and express a willingness to resume a joint investigation or to share all evidence and evidentiary reports held by FBI investigators," Evans said."

That's where the DA of Hennepin County and AG come into play. Unfortunately that will take time and this is something neither of them will get wrong. Worst case scenario they are able to find obstruction.

From my understanding the BCA did not "give up." They have literally been prevented from accessing the scene, they have been prevented from acquiring any gather material, etc. They could not get access independently and can only request joint investigation.

Keith Ellison is damn good at his job. Let him cook.
