I dunno, I think most vegans are probably just buying the same fruit and veg as the rest of us, just choosing to not buy meat. For sure some waste products from the animal agriculture industry will be involved in their lives, but I think those waste products probably wouldn't be used if it wasn't for the much more profitable industry that existed to fill the demand for meat, dairy, fish, etc. so even if vegans did use waste products of animal agriculture it's not really a gotcha, in my opinion
