Nah, fully disagree. Video in center at top from 35 onwards is most clear, and video directly below that & to the left corroborates.

The car was moving quite slowly the whole time. He arrived (from the sidewalk / verge) and stayed on the side of the road during most of the incident, stepping towards and in front of the car with his weapon drawn to fire, even as she was turning the car away from him and driving away quite slowly. A different car had just driven past him MUCH faster.

He was planning to fire from the beginning, and just itching for an opportunity - never had any obvious fear of being hit and didn't flinch, didn't jump back, didn't lose balance moving off-guard.. Nothing.

Just saw his opportunity and blasted three shots into the face of an unarmed soccer mum.

There were also people on the other side of the car (including law enforcement) in his line of fire - completely deranged shooting.
