Before we get into the definitions of what is or isn't a psyop, is it really within the scope of this committee to determine or establish that definition? IF we're going to be defining definitions, it really seems like we should be setting up a new committee for that specifically, and then once we've got the definitions of defining definitions defined, we can continue the work of this committee.

Okay look we're going to have to initiate a fact finding process to determine what the minimum number of participants should be, before we can even think about tallying how many are here presently. I propose we adjourn and reconvene in 6-7 months to start the process of investigation into this matter.
