I've heard about Case NO: 2KB-19-00194CI, which is The People of the Planet Earth et al v. United States of America, Inc. et al. However, this case is extremely hard to find, but I have a summons that someone went ahead and posted online.
It's a case in Alaska, in particular, the District/Superior Court for the State of Alaska Second Judicial District at Utqiagvik. It's a lawsuit from 2024, and I'm not sure if it's still ongoing.
Edit: I found something on this case, using Nitter. It was a Facebook video, but they had themselves a Twitter link, so I put it into Nitter, and found it.
