We have all seen the video by now, how come the ICE agent step aside from the car when it was visablly turning away? Even my brother a cop said if he did that he would be fired? Why shoot her? (lemmy.world)

He shot her because he's an untrained fascist thug...

This isn't even true, he fought in the Iraq war and has been in ICE for nearly 20 years. He is trained and experienced and he knew exactly what he was doing.

I think we're learning why selection criteria for infantry and for police-wannabe organizations is different.

You're right. The criteria for law enforcement is lower. They take the military rejects.
