No one forces you to do all things, maybe bills since some are imposed by the States.
Self preservation mandates that we do those things. Sourcing food, cooking, cleaning, washing clothes, cleaning our living areas.
Still you are forcing those upon yourself (you can eat outside, order food, use disposable plates, etc). I don't even consider things like cleaning and washing a problem though.
Stuff like bills in countries like mine you have to pay for them because it's illegal to live outside the grid. Email is also not necessary, me having over a dozen emails is some self-inflicted pain, me using whatsapp because that's what family and friends use is some external inflicted pain but I could choose not to use it.
I phrased it "source food" on purpose, no matter how you get it you still need to do it every day. You're either going to put in an enormous amount of effort to grow your own food or you need a job to buy your food. And you still need to cook it. Washing clothes and keeping your abode clean are still necessary and something you can't get away from no matter where you are.
Of course all the other stuff you mention is optional. But using WhatsApp isn't anywhere in the same ballpark in terms of effort.
