I agree that it was bad when Biden sold weapons to Israel using the less common route, the Determination of an Emergency: wherein the delay of military equipment by a congressional review would lead to unnecessary losses.
Biden also withheld larger ordinances such as bombs dropped by planes, as he was concerned Netanyahu might use them on Rafah such as he did after Trump took power and bragged about completing that delayed shipment on Twitter.
But that was also predated by congress approving weapons sales to Israel on many occasions. It's nothing compared to Trump waging war on civilians of a random country with no history of direct hostility.
