It's happened before.
When?
Portland City closed a facility for 3 weeks, the fight to keep it closed permanently is ongoing. There are other examples as well, but a lot of them get reversed at least temporary by Federal Judges who side with the Trump admin. ICE had to temporarily evacuate facilities in Chicago and Colorado due to protests.
In this very city we burned a police precinct to the ground. How short is your memory?
I don't live in your city. So I probably never heard of it.
