I think most gamers, especially the ones who built their own rig in the past 5 years or did any research before buying their prebuilt are gonna have 32gb minimum.

The commenter you replied to just showed you the numbers. Most gamers do in fact not have 32gb of ram.

I was going to say something similar, but the person did originally say "modern gaming rig," and I think it's safe to say that not everyone in the survey has one of those
