For people who claim to read theory so much, they sure do fail at understanding some basic-ass shit a whole lot.
I agree. The big difference I see between the USA and China is that China has a large percentage of the government run by people trained in stuff like engineering and actually are willing to plan and invest long term and not next quarter stock price only.
The problem is that also applies to the evil crap they do as well since they don't mind if it takes a few generations to slowly destroy a culture/racial group they dislike.
This makes it far more likely that both their positive goals they set will succeed but also that their evil goals will go through without enough opposition to stop them.
The USA might not be currently willing to directly do a genocide today but they sure as hell are overjoyed to fund one and defend it. The Palestine stuff is practically a speed run effort.
The USA has very much signed up for genocide efforts in the past with the Native tribes and stopped only after most tribes were wiped out and only a few remain with enough people to maintain any culture continuity.
