Y por qué no pudiste dormir hasta tarde?

Porque ya me acostumbré al horario diario de entrada al trabajo. Ahora despierto automáticamente cerca de las 6:20-6:40 de la mañana, todos los días, incluido fines de semana.

Igual eso es súper saludable. Lo combinas con una siesta bien programada y está súper bien.
