Yes, I'm taking in ALL of their atrocities into account, not just singling out one country because it fits your narrative.
They did this systematically and deported everyone and anyone speaking out against them. Today they just straight up murder anyone opposing Kremlin. In the past they used them as salves, today they couldn't get away wiht using deported people as slaves.
