.ml and .dbzer0

Both have proven themselves insufferable, biased, and all around plain toxic.

Typically .ml and hexbear are considered the insufferable ones

It’s good that you openly declare your bias and preconceptions this way 👍

It's funny how the .ml guys under the meme saying .ml was shit were all like "yeah we know looking for new instance" and the moment someone mentions your instance you say this

I don’t understand why pointing out the clear irony of complaining about bias and toxicity while making huge generalizations makes you clutch your pearls so hard, what’s outrageous about it?

[–] Hate@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 points 6 days ago

who is clutching pearls bro? this isn't minecraft

All I meant to say was that it was quite an agressive reply compared to what other people sent.

[–] TipsyMcGee@lemmy.dbzer0.com 6 points 6 days ago

Sure, that’s fair, but by that standard I was replying to a pretty aggressive comment, no? E.g. lazy blanket condemnation of anyone who has signed up to Lemmy via the instance with some of the largest piracy and privacy communities.

You’re free to agree with OP and they too are entitled to their opinion about either lemmy.ml or dbzer0, but don’t try to tell me I responded in bad faith to a good faith argument.
