They can't ban me, I already deleted my Reddit account. Also, Mangione is innocent.
You actually believe they planted evidence on him?
They either fumbled his arrest astronomically for no reason or they did plant evidence on him. Given the fact that he doesn't even look like the guy from the cctv footage my money is on the latter.
I believe the police violated his 4th Amendment rights by unlawfully searching his bag and I believe the police did not have probable cause to justify his arrest. He was also not read his miranda rights in a timely manner.
