I can't bloody shift it! I had the worst of it a couple of weekends ago and every time I feel better, the next day I feel terrible again. A blocked nose is meaning I get fuck all sleep and I keep feeling extremely exhausted.

Next year I'm definitely getting the jab!

The flushot was dude this year. I got mine early and about a month later was down with the flu for about a week. The only thing I found for it was, when you feel well enough to (i.e. good days) exercise your ass off. You'll be good for fuck all the next day or two, but on the right side of it after that.
