So go find one and keep riding it until you hit the accident payday?
Pretty sure they make passengers agree to a waiver. Also nobody should be giving money to Elon Musk.
Just stay away from these things. If you find one parked then flatten the tires.
those waivers generally don't hold up in court. they're there solely to discourage litigation
