It's a pretty long running "joke" at this point that if there was any kind of serious revolutionary movement in this country they would have gone to war years ago, so the "Me might have to make some excuses for the lack of terror" meme has been bouncing around for years. I've been trying to think of a good theme for a related emoji but I'm struggling. Help a hexbear out. What would work in like 15x15 pixels to convey the "We're doing insufficient amounts of terror" meme?
The sentiment of "we need to start making excuses for the lack of terror" is going to be very difficult to sublimate in an emoji so good luck with that.
