The problem with these is that they can snag on something in an accident. In a motorcycle accident you want to slide, it's the sudden stopping that kills you.
He's wearing a T-shirt, I think in an accident his helmet snagging would be the least of his worries.
It's hard to live without a head. You can make by without an arm. I didn't really mean this guy specifically, just this sort of thing in general. They look cool, but make your helmet unsafe.
Ooooh, ok. I didn't think a silly hat would have such a dramatic effect.
I doubt you would lose your head, but a snag could certainly whip your neck.
