There is a major housing crisis. This sounds wrong.

“Six units on a single-family lot under 7,000 square feet doesn’t work especially if we add into that no parking [space requirements]. How is that going to work? These are just not thought through,” he said.

I'm sorry but you are going to find a way to deal with cars, parking, transit.

Buds, how about funding more public transportation lines too, instead of protesting? SkyTrain is great when there are stations nearby, but considering the sprawl of the Vancouver Metro area, it needs to be expanded alongside housing density.

These guys seriously govern one of the most beautiful regions in North America, with unprecedented access to nature, relatively flat so walkable/bikable, and the only thing they can think about is adding more roads, parking, and pollution.
