Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- AI-generated comics aren't allowed.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

I have seen this sentiment before and nobody's been able to say exactly why she's a "shit person." What did she do?
I don’t know if she's done anything per se, but the reason I find her obnoxious is that most of her cartoons are of the format seen here, i.e. a strip in which she has an argument with someone and wins. Often the argument will be a fairly unsophisticated easy target, but will check the performative boxes required to get those shares and upvotes.
Also - as seen again in this very strip - there’s often a persecution/victim complex subtext at play, that never fails to get all the parasocial white knights riled up (edit: and it still seems to work over here too depressingly)
If Kelly from The Onion ever got rebooted as a social media liberal, it’d probably look a lot like her.
So she didn't actually do anything bad, you just don't like her style. I'm not sure exactly how being a successful but mid cartoonist makes you a "shit person" but I guess that's where we are in society.
I didn’t say she didn’t do anything bad, I said I don’t know what she did. Others have in the meantime filled you in, but you’re tripping over yourself trying to get indignant over the answers to a question that you yourself framed in a loaded fashion.
I don’t think your dismissive characterisation of my position is particularly accurate either, which suggests your original question may not have been entirely in good faith…
My question was "what did she do that makes her a bad person" and you replied to my question with some vibe stuff, which I summarized, and now you're butthurt? It's okay to not like her comics, and that's all I've read that she's done bad.
I don't get the big deal, I am not hiding that. Does that make my question in bad faith? Or does that make the way I summarized it hurt your feelings? I do not care, I just get really weirded out seeing internet hate campaigns against people who are fine and haven't hurt anyone.

So she pissed off a bunch of reddit incels?
I am not sifting through one of the worst subreddits in existence for hours reading people arguing. I asked what she did that made her a "shit person" and all her comments from what I saw on brief scan seem based or at least mid/average for reddit drama and I still am left feeling like she just makes sexually insecure young men angry with utterly average comics, which is fine, ya'll fuckers need to feel more human emotions.
She threatened to sue people for saying they didn’t like her comics on her subreddit.
From what I'm reading, this became a cycle of "I'm going to report you to the Admins for being mean" / "I'm going to be even meaner because you reported me to the Admins" hate that culminated in the internet-standard doxing and revenge-porn-ing before it went legal.
For some reason, the practice of reposting people's OnlyFans material outside the paywall in an effort to humiliate them is... fine? But getting lawyers involved over the release is over the line?
She tried to sue reddit mods a while ago.
I'm not that deep into that drama and don't know why it started and what the outcome was.
wait thats based. Wtf I love pizzacomics now
It was bonehurtingjuice, people were taking the piss out of her comics and she retaliated with legal threats.
If you think that's "based", good for you.
Mods were taking the piss out of her comics? Im trying to find information on the lawsuit and all I can find is her filing a DMCA request. I dont really want to go to kiwi farms or snark cause I know how misleading the info there generally is.
I dont see any issue with a DMCA request if you see your content being misused.
Who said the mods were doing it?
Ah, reddit mods. Truly the most underprotected class who don't deserve such foul hassles due to their unimpeachable history and consistent, upstanding behavior.
Why did you tell me this?
Now I think her unfunny comic strip is rather clever, I see the world with new eyes
