Is it still controlled by the same two "estonians" as organic maps?
I have no idea who is in charge, but why did you put Estonian in scare quotes?
None of the original founders of OM are part of CoMaps, if that answers your question

Estonians are great, these guys aren't estonians, they obtained estonian passports so they won't be percieved as r*ssians, which makes it worse. Also they've run mapsme, then sold it and created organic maps and I had an idea that they somehow migrated to this new project as well.
