White hair guy is from Le Vieux Bleu / Li Vi Bleu, an early title. The other two guys are with him I think. The ones you're unsure of are correct, but all the characters traded something (hat or coat)
The three on top left swaped hats with each other I think (top guy is an abbott, he has the tiny black hat), Luke and Benoit traded scarves, Johan and Gil traded coats, Johan is wearing Pirlouit's hat, Libellule and Crouton traded hats, Benoit and the Smurfs, Spirou is wearing Natacha's hat. I'm not sure what Yoko is wearing. Mickey's ears?? And Spip is holding a bone for some reason, I'm not seeing any dog.
I find the beret Smurfs kind of creepy for some reason. Admittedly cute but a bit eerie.
From what I understand, the pigeon is from Le Vieux Bleu too?
