My closest Jewish friend has shared how members of his family was forcibly removed from where they lived in Palestine because it was designated as an Arab zone during the same period as the Nakba. He blames zionists for it. At least his family didn’t end up stateless as a result, but I still can’t imagine how terrible being forced out of your home for something out of your control would be.
I am curious how the Palestinian Jews generally viewed the eastern European zionists fucking up the region.
He said his family was pissed as they felt the Zionist influx fucked up their community. Not sure how popular of a sentiment that was, though.
