Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- AI-generated comics aren't allowed.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

~~The dude is a dumbass and a dickhead. The girl is incredibly annoying and needs to get a life.~~
EDIT: I was wrong for this one, I apologise.
Yeah, correcting harmful/hateful propaganda is so annoying, isn't it ? We should just let harmful and hateful propaganda stand completely unchallenged, lest we annoy the people making it, you're right.
Just replying to apologise, you guys were right, I'm having a shit time right now and took it out on you. But that doesn't excuse my behaviour.
Good on you for being able to admit that. That takes real character.
why not just block/ban them?
Maybe because harmful or hateful propaganda SHOULD be openly challenged and contradicted, lest undecided people think it must be true, because no one is saying otherwise.
but, what if is trolling?
I'm not saying that at all. People waste their time trying to correct these dumbasses, you really think they are going to stop and think "uuuhhh durrr, I guess this random ass argumentative know-it-all makes a good point... I'm going to-urrr change my whole political stance, sell my lifted pickup and burn my MAGA caps. Tell my Joe Rogan ass friends they are wrong and devastate my family of rich christian idiots." No I didn't think so. And it's the same mightier-than-thou people who say "I'm doing my part!", by encouraging maga dicks to speak up even louder. Either do something meaningful, or be more strategic. You have to encourage them to listen not just piss them off even more.
Propaganda should be challenged not for the people making it, but for the people seeing it.
In your world, all the hateful and harmful propaganda just goes completely unchallenged, and undecided/uninformed people will subsequently see the propaganda and think "I've seen this 5 times already, and no one has ever said this is wrong, so it must be right".
Nazis need to be told at every turn that their ideas are wrong and dumb as shit, so that the people listening can hear how dumb and idiotic they are.
Yeah you're right. I sorta get the angle a bit more now, but I still think people do this for themselves.
I still think these people should be challenged publicly. You're not going to change that cheese wedge's opinion or stance, but any onlookers that are on the fence could possibly see the logical fallacy, and they might think twice about what the magats are spewing. It's a war of opinion vs fact, truth vs subjectivity, and any mind that can be inspired to think for themselves instead of eating the spoonfed propaganda is a win for humanity.
Just replying to apologise, you guys were right, I'm having a shit time right now and took it out on you. But that doesn't excuse my behaviour.
I respect that point of view honestly. Makes sense to me. I still think there are more productive ways to go about it.
