Looks like a 40 or so on the chart?
That definitely looks fat.
Normally, the middle should be the thinnest part of the body, with the soulders and hips being the widest. A healthy cat can squeeze through any gap their head can fit through, but your boy looks like that abdomen would stop him.
I have a chubby boy (we're working on it, I swear), he can still squeeze through tight spaces if he wants to. He just typically doesn't want to.
That cat is definitely overweight
