Wait, what? Two tortillas? Like, sandwiching the fillings and then you cut it? How does it stay together, I thought that was the whole point of rolling and wrapping the tortilla?
It's a messy affair. My mom does have a habit of serving it that way and it has an oddly satisfying illusion of having eaten double as much as the traditional flour tortilla 😆
I imagined a sandwich.

I do, I was just curious cos I wasn't aware that there was another way people did it really!
Think of a quesadilla
I'm gonna be honest, I've never had a quesadilla. I'm not sure I've ever seen a quesadilla in real life.
I realise I was about to describe an enchilada - I actually don't know what quesadilla is. What's a quesadilla? 😅
