Where is "here" for you? I've never heard of a place with variable speed limits.
Here is Western Europe. It's not variable. It's the new limit for everyone. 30 kph popping up everywhere now.
I'm confused, you said the bigger the vehicle then the lower the speed limit in your original comment.
it says "the cars" as in the average car on the road.
"Around here the bigger the average car on the road, the lower the speed limit."
The question still stands. He said the bigger the car the lower the speed limit.
Ah got you. I interpreted it as that larger vehicles are subject to slower speed limits.
They should be. We should limit by kinetic energy, not speed.
