Don't know the first one, though I do skip all non-essential episodes on rewatches.
It's just a pic of Teal'c so I have to assume the sound you're meant to hear is "indeed."
Looks like it's from episode 200, where they're imagining varying scenarios for Martin's script, and Teal'c offers his version of 'Shaft'.
Episode 200 is most certainly not a non-essential episode
It's an extremely unnecessary episode and I'll die on that hill happily. I found it cringe even when I was a kid, let alone now.
My dude, character development is essential.
Indeed. Luckily for me, there's none in that episode.
Nonsense, every episode is character development. Especially exploring the fantasies of main characters.
