This is like the $1500 checks during the start of COVID and everyone forgot about it after a few weeks. Trump will need to institute UBI to actually make people stop being mad.
People did not forget, it was actually a talking point for some people last presidential election. Some people wanted another check and were willing to put the whole country at risk for it.
On one hand, a million Americans dead from COVID being gaslighted the whole time by Trump. On the other hand, I could get another check for $2k. Yeah, that sounds like a good trade!
I heard no mention of that at all, just the checks. Yeah..
Oh sorry, I was just clowning on what happened when we got the checks last time.
Ohhhh, yeah I mean that's basically how it went. The mishandling of that pandemic has been downplayed such an incredible amount it's surreal.
