I'm out of the loop, what's happening recently?

He's looking more and more out of touch.

Someone collapsed during an event in the Oval Office and he just stood there, looking at the cameras.

Im about as anti trump as it gets, but that is misleading. Watch the video. Trump gets up to help almost immediately, and then decided there was already enough people crowding the guy. Not only that, but immedietely after Trump decided against helping because it was at best unneccassary and at worst an active detriment(imagine donald j trump trying to help you in a medical emergency, absolutely terrifying), the white house medical staff specifically told trump to stay back. There is soooo much bullshit that trump has done to legitamately endanger lives, but this isnt one of them. In fact I would say this is the one time he made the right call that I have ever seen

Ninja edit: although strictly speaking, what you said was 100% factually accurate, i dont want to give the implication i was calling you a liar

Also it looked like he might have tried walking toward it and secret service guy held up a hand to stop him. So I think it was the agent who recognized that the situation was handled without Trump, and Trump was just kind of lost after that,

I'll be honest. I try not to look directly at him, or listen to him speak.

I leave that to those with stronger stomachs.

Not a bad way to live.

Peace and love are fantastic forms of resistance.

[–] DagwoodIII@piefed.social 2 points 1 day ago

How exactly does watching his every move help the resistance?

Trump fell asleep during a press conference yesterday

Look, I took the liberty of examining that president when I got it home, and I discovered the only reason that it had been sitting at its desk in the first place was that it had been nailed there.

[–] krooklochurm@lemmy.ca 2 points 1 day ago

The president was pining for the fjords.

[–] El_Scapacabra@lemmy.zip 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Well, of course it was nailed there. Otherwise, it would’ve muscled up to the door and VOOM!

[–] Lushed_Lungfish@lemmy.ca 2 points 19 hours ago

Look matey, this President wouldn't voom if I put 6000 volts through it.

Thank you, but couldn't find that specific stance anywhere there was coverage of him sleeping.

[–] Jackusflackus@lemmy.world 11 points 1 day ago

This is his daily appearance. He’s such a dumbass
