Oh there is. There is no rule of law, no equity of law, but there is law. And it will be used as harshly and aggressively as possible on the poor, minorities, Democrats, the press, universities, etc.

True. It's partially just a dropping of pretenses, but to keep up those pretenses we sometimes had to have justice. Now that the act is gone I'm afraid the small bit of justice the disenfranchised did have is gone with it.
