Women only trans inclusive This is an inclusive community for all things women. Whether you're here for make up tips, feminism or just friendly chit chat, we've got you covered.
Rules…
- Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women's community is a good fit for them.
- Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
- Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
- No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.
- New accounts or users with few comments may have their posts removed to prevent spam and bad-faith participation.

love this, usually when my estrogen is peaking I also cry at the smallest things - a cute photo, a touching moment in a TV show, etc.
I usually feel ashamed at this, like I'm too easily manipulated or receptive, but recently I've been rethinking this ... the feelings make me feel alive and allow me a greater depth of experience.
This reevaluation leads me to think the system of values that prioritizes being unfeeling can enable more toxic values like willingness to compete and be cutthroat when cooperation is not only possible but mutually beneficial and more humane and ethical.
So now I try to feel proud for my teary moments, maybe having feelings helps me be a better person in some moments - certainly it helps with conflict resolution as I am able to empathize better and show caring sympathy in moments when that is what defuses the situation and leads to resolution.
I know it's not perfect, I am more sensitive and hurt more easily, but even that raises standards and brings issues to the surface that need to be addressed. Overall I endorse this way of being, warts and all 😊
