Drink margaritas on the beach.
If money is absolutely no issue, probably keep old cars on the road and do maintenance. Things like 80s or 90s vehicles in tip top shape. Nothing fancy, but I don't like how quickly we cycle through cars. Both my cars are well over 20 years old and I'll drive them until they physical fall apart. If I stay on top of routine maintenance they don't need anything particularly expensive.
Work on theatrical special effects and unique displays. I'd spend so much time building my Halloween haunts.
I'd do nonstop pyrotechnic displays. I love putting on firework shows. I don't need the biggest explosions in the sky, I've found my favorite effects are comets and mines. Done right, they are absolutely gorgeous and do so much more to enhance a show (both pyrotechnic and theatrical) than just about anything else.
